Fun Team Building Adventures
Get your staff working together with some outstanding teambuilding exercises
Hosted by enthusiastic part owner James Cootes, Kiss and Bake Up currently run two very popular team-building courses from the café on SH1 in Otaki for groups of approximately 10 to 20.
1. Shipwrecked
Shipwrecked is about getting together and working as a team. If you were to be shipwrecked on an island but could choose a few items to bring with you, what would you bring?
This entertaining, inspiring team building activity helps you to consider the value of other points of view and working together to achieve what you can’t do by yourself.
The evening includes a presentation by James and a meal following the team building activities.
2. Breadworks
Food is a pleasure best shared, and the bonding is even better if you make it together as a team.
The Breadworks teambuilding course begins with the whole team baking bread together from scratch, without the use of machines.
While the bread bakes and the aroma fills the café, James gives a presentation about the making of bread, how the ingredients all work together and the chemicals react to create the final product.
James uses the chemical reactions that make bread to draw an analogy with the workplace and how indispensable each member of the team is.
After the presentation you share the bread you baked with a delicious dinner.
